Diving back into induction…
I took advantage of a trip to Niagara Falls, Ontario to experiment with a temporary massive change in diet. For approximately one week I went back to my old ways of eating anything I wanted, when I wanted. Luckily, it seems that I can no longer stomach a lot of the nasty things I used to love (potato chips, french fries, etc.) and I finally have an operational Eat Watch! Even after reverting to my old eating habits I found myself not finishing dishes when I got full instead of cleaning my plate out of principle.
My all time low weight so far 222.4 pounds in mid-September while I was at 226.4 after getting back from Niagara Falls. Comparing that to my body fat percentage shows that I’ve only gained a pound or two while the rest is garbage still floating around the system that I haven’t, well, gotten rid of yet. So, when I finally move from weight loss mode to lifetime maintenance mode, I’ll need to continue to chart my weight to make sure I don’t start an upward trend.
So, it looks like I’ll need to back into hardcore induction starting today to kick my body back into weight loss mode.
